Pensioner Robert Brindley stabbed his young Filipino wife five times in a jealous rage after their marriage broke down following arguments about salsa dance classes. Picture this.......she wants to take dance lessons and does. Husband disapproves....too sexy I suppose. Better stop or I'll kill you! Can you imagine someone like that? Hopefully not but here is an example of jealousy gone awry.
Thankfully she lived to tell her story and her "Pensioner" is now headed to jail. But you should ask yourself why she wanted to take those dance lessons to begin with. Hmmm....it's never completely one sided, is it?? Here's the whole story.

BANKING YOUR BABY'S CORD BLOOD
New and innovative ways to fight medical diseases are being born everyday. Research is showing over and over that one of the keys to fighting these diseases lies in our blood. Cord blood is one of the more effective ways of fighting diseases such as leukemia, anemia, lymphoma, diabetes and cerebral palsy. Parents should take note - choosing to store their child’s cord blood can be one of the best decisions they ever make. The key within the cord blood is the stem cells.
This subject certainly can be controversial but also the benefits of such research are numerous. Science can now treat diseases with Stem Cells - umbilical cord stem cells are known to treat 70 diseases. About 30,000 people a year in the United States are diagnosed with a disease that can be treated with cord blood stem cells. By the year 2015, there will be 10,000 cord blood transplants world-wide per year using publicly banked cord blood.
Cryo-Cell is one of the world’s largest and most established family cord blood banks with over 150,000 clients worldwide. And right now Cryo-Cell offers affordable pricing plans and financing options for cord blood banking. In addition, they have an exclusive premium family service called "Protect Baby, Protect Mom." This plan offers the best value for families seeking this service. When you click the above link you will find these and other great offers. Also, take note of these two promotional codes - 995PS and P2PS. They will save you a lot of money!
The value of cord blood cannot be overstated, especially for parents to be. To learn more about this important subject, simply click the above link. The information found is life-saving.

DOGS AND KIDS
This is one of those moments that you can just sit back and soak in the cuteness of these pictures. My husband wants a dog so bad but he said he would rather get up in the middle of the night with our baby than with a puppy. I agree!!

HEADING TO THE BANK
New and innovative ways to fight medical diseases are being born everyday. Research is showing over and over that one of the keys to fighting these diseases lies in our blood. GETTING DEBT-FREE
This will be my family someday! We are on a mission to be debt-free.....including the car and house! We have set backs and we have successes, but this is our plan.
Notice the sign the adults are holding.......it is something they had to work so hard to do...to pay off a house. Imagine the sacrifice that took! And now look at the sign the kids are holding (by the way, notice how old the kids are). As adults, when we get out of debt, we are changing our kids lives forever! Not only do they learn how to handle money, but they are afforded opportunities not otherwise do-able if we, as parents, are deep in debt.
Think about what you are teaching your children about money. I know parents that give their children everything, seductively teaching their kids that if they want something, they won't have to worry about earning it but rather, it will somehow just be given to them. Talk about doing unsuspecting harm to a child! Our motto in this house is, "Our kids will have everything they need, and some of what they want." And someday, hopefully, you will see a picture of us holding up a sign that says we are debt free!

FIND A PLACE WITH i-PHONE
Owning a home has become more and more difficult, not so much due to interest rates as they are close to an all-time low. Owning is more difficult because people are more cautious and suspicious about lenders and about how to accurately measure a homes value in this kind of an economy. With that, more and more people are turning to renting. Whether it be a house, or an apartment or a condo or townhome, there are millions of people who are looking to rent. And right now, one of the largest rental sites on the internet is accessible through your i-Phone! Just look for MyNewPlace in the iPhone app store and you can get started today!
My New Place is 3-time BusinessWeek Best of the Web Winner and the first to put Facebook Connect on their site. They have a humongous selection of rental properties and other information including a great filtering system of search results broken down by number of beds and baths, price, pet policies and amenities among others. You are able to find apartments nearby using GPS, or search for city, state, zip. All these great features are available at your fingertips!
This screen and the above video of a perfect example of taking advantage of today's technology in finding a new apartment or rental home. For more details you can go to http://socialspark.com/metrics/click/post?slot_id=42328&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mynewplace.com%2Fiphone%3FCID%3DADV-sspark-iphone. Check out their great service today!

DANIEL'S FAVORITE TV SHOW
It outranks even Little Einstein and Elmo as Daniel's favorite television show! That's right! Iron Chef Japan seems to captivate our little chef to the point where he ignores everything else around him when it's on. From the opening music onward, he just loves this show....not to be confused with Iron Chef America (which is not even close in comparison). In case you haven't seen the show in a while, we put a video reminder up for you to watch! Happy Friday to everyone!

REDUCING POLLUTION IN THE PHILIPPINES
In 2008 American Tim Bauer received the prestigious Rolex Award for his efforts to reduce the air pollution that envelopes major cities in the Philippines as well as in other Asian countries. Mr. Bauer set up shop in Vigan, Ilocos Sur to develop and market a kit that reduces the particulate emissions of two-stroke tricycle engines by roughly 70 percent; carbon monoxide (CO) emissions by 76 per cent; hydrocarbons emissions by 89 per cent; and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 35 per cent.
Anyone familiar with the Philippines knows about the huge pollution problem. Tricycles and jeepneys are the prominent source of transportation and yet they both are a disgrace for the massive amounts of pollution they emit and it seems like NOTHING has been done about it for years and years. Then along comes an American who invents a kit that is used to refit tricycles and the results are dramatic. Good for him and it's good for the Philippines. One question - why did it take a foreigner to do something about the pollution problem in the Philippines? Why does it seem the government could care less? Sorry, that's two questions. Here's the story.

PREMIUM DENIM BY ARMANI
I love jeans! Denim jeans are wearable any season of the year and are always stylish and fashionable, provided you choose the right brand. And the right brand is definitely Armani. Italian designer and entrepreneur Giorgio Armani has been a cutting edge designer for many years now and his "stuff" just keeps getting better and better. Take, for example, his line of jeans. In the Armani Exchange, he creates a casual, but sophisticated collection targeted to the young, urban and sexy. Here are my favorites:
The above jeans have a casual look that is appropriate for almost any occasion other than formal. They are sleek and I love the faded look.
This pair, on the other hand, is more formal. I love the dark color and it definitely has a classy and sophisticated look to them. They are a great looking pair of jeans.

And now Armani is having an SMS campaign, a text AX contest to win a pair of denim every day for the moth of July by texting the keyword "DENIM2" to ARMANI (276264). Also, customers who purchase a full price pair of denim from Armani Exchange, in store or online, between 7/7/09 – 7/19/09 will receive a gift card of $20 off you next purchase of $100 or more, valid 7/30/09 through 8/15/09.
Armani is a name associated with style and class and their new premium denim now starts at just $98. Be sure to click any of the above links and you will be taken to their site where you can see all the wonderful jeans and other clothing lines designed with you in mind!
