Pensioner Robert Brindley stabbed his young Filipino wife five times in a jealous rage after their marriage broke down following arguments about salsa dance classes. DOGS AND KIDS

This is one of those moments that you can just sit back and soak in the cuteness of these pictures. My husband wants a dog so bad but he said he would rather get up in the middle of the night with our baby than with a puppy. I agree!!

GETTING DEBT-FREE

This will be my family someday! We are on a mission to be debt-free.....including the car and house! We have set backs and we have successes, but this is our plan.

Notice the sign the adults are holding.......it is something they had to work so hard to do...to pay off a house. Imagine the sacrifice that took! I know parents that give their children everything, seductively teaching their kids that if they want something, they won't have to worry about earning it but rather, it will somehow just be given to them. Wow - can you believe this 11 year old caught this fish? Jessica Wanstall is 4ft 10in tall and weighs less than 84lbs. In the river were she was fishing was a monster, a near 9ft catfish that hit the scales at a record 193lbs.

And here is the answer! Daniel is having a little brother! He will be the best Kuya and this little baby will be the best little brother for him as well. If you look closely you can see his guardian angel in the left side of the photo.

As for a name - we are still undecided. Any suggestions for us? We have the middle name already picked out but not yet the first name.......one thing we know is that it must begin with a 'D'. Any suggestions? We will let you know once decided but for now we are so happy God has, once again, multiplied the love we have for each other. Mommy and Daniel are resting now.....but I know she would love to hear from you!

POOL PARTY!!

My friends and I eating and having a great time together! What a great time we had as well as the house full of kids!

What a mess!! But what a great time with tons of fun!! The kids all got along so well!

Although the water was a little cold, that didn't stop the kids from having fun!

Daniel was able to hold his own in the pool with the older kids! He was a great host for the pool party!

REDUCING POLLUTION IN THE PHILIPPINES

In 2008 American Tim Bauer received the prestigious Rolex Award for his efforts to reduce the air pollution that envelopes major cities in the Philippines as well as in other Asian countries. Anyone familiar with the Philippines knows about the huge pollution problem. Tricycles and jeepneys are the prominent source of transportation and yet they both are a disgrace for the massive amounts of pollution they emit and it seems like NOTHING has been done about it for years and years. Then along comes an American who invents a kit that is used to refit tricycles and the results are dramatic. Good for him and it's good for the Philippines. One question - why did it take a foreigner to do something about the pollution problem in the Philippines? Why does it seem the government could care less? Sorry, that's two questions.
