THAT'S A HUGE BABY!!!!

An Indonesian woman has given birth to an 19.2-pound baby boy, the heaviest newborn ever recorded in the country, a doctor said Wednesday. The baby, who is still unnamed and is 24.4 inches long, was born by Cesarean section Monday at a public hospital in North Sumatra province. - AFP

Evidently the mother had diabetes and the baby received too much glucose during the pregnancy. I love the way the other baby is looking at him. Can you imagine breastfeeding him? In any event, that's one HUGE baby!!!!

I was shocked whenIread thisone last night too, whew!! imagine ang tahi na sa nanay nito. Parana rin may kambal. pang 1 year old na baby sa sobrang laki.

10 kg of love. What a spooky journey indeed. I would think the caesarian section would be painful enough for a regular baby. Yikes.

I noticed that they did not attempt to swaddle him

when i saw the infant pics i thought nanganak ka na Mommy! hehhe :) wow! that's really a HUGE baby! hope di naman ganyan kalaki si Dylan when u give birth to him :)

how are u feeling now? are u finding it harder to sleep as the day gets nearer, and as ur tummy gets bigger? i was like that kasi, nahihirapan humanap ng position for sleeping..bigat and laki kasi ng tummy ko nun :)

When I first heard this story I think my mouth dropped to the floor - I can't even fathom it! As long as he is healthy and continues to be that is all that matters!
